Content Coordinator
Type of contract: Maternity Cover – FTC up to 12 months,
Hours per week: Part-time, 17.5 hours per week. Hours can be worked flexibly across Monday to Friday, though ideally, you will be available to join team meetings on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. (UK time)
Location: UK – Remote working
Salary: The full-time equivalent salary is £34,762 to £37,742 per annum. Based on 17.5 hours per week (50% FTE), the actual salary will be £17,381 to £18,871 per annum, depending on skills and experience assessed at interview.

The role
We are looking for a highly organised and collaborative Content Coordinator to join our international team at World Animal Protection. This role is essential in helping us deliver compelling, accurate, and inspiring written content that supports our global mission to end animal suffering. Working closely with the Content Manager and teams across the organisation, you’ll coordinate and support the development, editing, and sharing of a wide range of materials, including cases for support, stories, interviews, fact sheets, and more. You’ll also play a central role in managing our internal content library, ensuring it remains a reliable, up-to-date resource for colleagues around the world.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent editorial and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures.
