Working across almost 50 countries with offices in 12, we’re the only animal welfare organization with UN Consultative Status, enabling us to engage with and influence global decision-makers. We prioritize animals in farming and wild animals exploited for use in entertainment, as pets, and in fashion.

What will you be doing?

•Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies that align with our mission, vision, and goals, while infusing them with fun, inspiring, and creative energy.

•Serve as a spokesperson for the organization in interviews, events, and public forums with enthusiasm, passion, and charisma.
•Monitor locally relevant and movement related news and creatively develop unique ways of responding quickly.
•Establish and maintain strong relationships with key media partners, celebrities, and influencers, fostering a spirit of collaboration and shared excitement for our mission.
•Collaborate with the executive team to develop captivating and impactful messaging and talking points that resonate with our audience, inspire them to take action, and build our brand awareness.
•Manage the creation and distribution of compelling, creative, and engaging content across various platforms, including press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and social media.
•Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies, identify trends, and adapt accordingly to maximize audience engagement.
•Coordinate crisis communications and manage sensitive situations with empathy, sincerity, and tact.
•Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of communications professionals, nurturing their creativity and fostering a positive, collaborative, innovative work environment.
•Manage the communications budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources while prioritizing imaginative and innovative initiatives.
