up to R$ 100, 510 if the candidate can demonstrate exceptional skills

A skilled and data driven email marketing professional, the Brazil CRM & Email Coordinator works as part of the Digital Engagement team to support our digital marketing campaigns, improve our digital communications, and develop a deeper understanding into our supporters. The role is responsible for creating and delivering key digital communications, developing testing and marketing automation, and assisting overall marketing campaign planning. As the DPO (Data Protection Officer) for the Brazil office the role also has excellent knowledge of the LGPD.

What will you be doing?
•The Brazil CRM & Email Co-Ordinator is accountable for creating and delivering key email communications to ensure the continuous engagement of our supporters with our core campaigns.
•Working closely with the Content Producer and the Brazil Digital team to include email marketing best practice and insight into campaign planning
•Supporting and guiding stakeholder where and when required for digital/email best practise, knowledge, and training
•The role holder will comply with the organisation’s policies and procedures.
•The role will be Brazil DPO.

Functional
•Feed into the eCRM (Retention) strategy for Brazil and our other country offices markets, optimising our current and lapsed supporters, and working with our external agency to develop a programme of marketing automation
•Develop a deep understanding of our active database, using insights to create segmented audience groups and making improvements across our campaigns through optimised email communications
•Optimising and testing live campaigns to ensure high CTR, CTO, and other core engagement metrics
•Ensure that all email communications are compliant to GDPR and LGPD standards
•Take a user-centred, evidence-based approach with a focus on improving KPIs and delivering the best possible user experience
•Ensure that all email communications can be appropriately tracked and reported on using a variety of tools, including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and third-party tracking
•Create and distribute actionable insights on campaigns on a regular basis
•Work alongside the Engagement Team to drive engagement and best practise
•Work closely with third party suppliers on the development and maintenance of the ESP platform
•Act as a digital advocate, working with colleagues across the organisation to understand requirements and offer advice, guidance, and knowledge where appropriate
•Ensure that email communications follow brand guidelines and develop channel guidelines where necessary
•Maintain a high awareness of industry best practice and trends, particularly regarding accessibility, usability and emerging technologies, analytics, and core industry developments

Who are we looking for?

Essential
•Can demonstrate a good experience of running highly effective and optimised email campaigns
•Evidence of building email automation programmes across multiple segmentation streams
•Strong reporting skills
•Strong attention to detail with excellent digital written skills
•Experience of working across a variety of stakeholders and various levels of seniority across the organisation
•Ability to demonstrate presenting complex problems in a simple, easy to understand way to non-technical stakeholders
•Passionate about using of data to get to the bottom of requirements and opportunities

Desirable
•Experience of using Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
•Email Marketing Qualification or the willingness for training
•Multi-lingual – English/Portuguese
•Knowledge of accessibility best practise
•Experience of working Internationally or in an organisation with multiple locations
•DPO certification
