Senior Fundraising Manager – Data & Insight

Salary: Starting salary is £45,254 per annum with the possibility of up to £49,133 based on an assessment of skills and experience at interview stage

We are looking for someone who is serious about data management and understands the value that good data and insight brings to an organisation. We want someone who can view the bigger picture, take the lead and make informed decisions on what should be prioritised to improve our data infrastructure and processing.
The successful candidate will:
•Manage, lead and develop a team of three people
•Create and deliver a strategy to transform our existing fundraising data architecture, ensuring seamless integration between Raisers Edge, data warehouse and other platforms. Finding alternatives to SQL processes such as automations and APIs
•Create future-proof solutions enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our work
•Drive our reporting and insight to underpin decision making across all fundraising activities
•Build strong relationships across the UK office contributing to strategic discussions, data management and platform optimisation strategies
We are looking for someone who has:
•Demonstrated experience in managing data architecture, including modernisation and transformation, within a fundraising or similar environment.
•Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Raiser's Edge NXT, and data warehouse technologies, with experience in API integrations.
•Proven track record in process automation and implementing transformation initiatives.
•Experience in managing platform integration and optimisation, with a focus on enhancing fundraising strategies through technology.
•Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
