Project Manager - Farming & Wildlife

Salary: Starting salary is TB 962,500 per annum or exceptionally up to TB 1,045,000 per annum if the candidate can demonstrate exceptional skills and experience
World Animal Protection is looking for a Project Manager to support the Farming Team and Wildlife Team in the operational management and quality performance, delivery and review of the plans and projects.
This is an exciting role where you will the successful candidate will champion and embed a consistent programme management approach across the two programme areas to build accountability, transparency and quality across our global portfolio. This includes implementing the essential project management disciplines which underpin the successful delivery of our global campaigns within the specific programme areas.

What will you be doing?
• Ensure all global strategies, plans and projects have strategic, measurable and timebound objectives, with clear associated activities and budgets
• Support country teams to produce high quality local strategies, plans and budgets.
• Consistent and high-quality monitoring and evaluation of all strategies and plans in accordance with the organisational reporting process
• Support the Global Programme Directors, and Head of Programmes and Operations & Network Lead by leading the Campaign Project Management Processes, ensuring it is embedded across global campaign and project teams for the specific programme area.
• Coordinate with other International PMs and Project Management Information System (PMIS) supervisors on the delivery of training on organisational reporting systems, coaching and mentoring of the global programme staff in project management and programme reporting.
• Champion and embed a high-performance culture throughout the global programme team, ensuring consistency and the effective use of project management systems and tools across the programme area.
Who are we looking for?
• Proven experience of managing and coordinating a range of projects to a high professional standard and successful delivery;
o Within the private, public and/or charity sectors
o Building and launching new programmes of activity
o International and multi-stakeholder in scope
• Proven experience with relational databases for project management and/or relationship management/CRM systems (note: World Animal Protection uses a version of Salesforce).
• Advanced ICT skills and experience of developing and using data systems
• Experience of engaging collaboratively with a range of external and internal stakeholders at all levels and internationally.
• Experience of developing & managing budgets.
• Plan & think logically and strategically - experience of developing operational and strategic plans and turning them into effective actions.

• Annual Leave: 20 days per year (Pro rata)
• Provident Fund or Pension: 10% (either one) -Employees decide on the contributions they want to make within the government stipulated 2% minimum and 10% maximum amounts. World Animal Protection will match this by 10%

• Social Security Fund: 5% - To deduct 5 % (maximum at 750 THB per month) and World Animal Protection contribute to social security fund match at 5% (maximum 750 THB per month)
